There is a Grievance Redressal Cell and Election Observer the college election. They are mandated with the redressal of ejection related grievance mid other problems related to electoral process as per the Instructions of DHE, Govt. or Orissa, Officers-in Charge of Grievances Redressal Cell and Election observer have to follow the guideline available in staff common room, library, Election officer and Dealing assistant for their better information

  1. If the election of the Students' Union, Cultural association and Allied Societies/ Associations are not held as per the schedule on the date already notified due to protest or trouble created by the students, no further election shall be held in the college for the current academic session.
  2. The decision of the Principal shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the College Election.
  3. Not withstanding the provisions, the principal reserves the right to cancel any or all procedures without assigning any reason thereof.
  4. The Principal is the final authority to interpret / modify any of the; rules/ guidelines at any time.
  5. Any Govt. order/ notification regarding election of Students' Union/ Cultural Association and Allied Societies/ Associations will supersede the above guidelines which will be notified in due time
  6. If any contesting candidate indulges in violent activities to intimidate any student to vote for him/he/she shall be disqualified and his /her candidature shall stand cancelled.
  7. Besides, other rules/instructions may be issued, if necessary by the Principal which shall be strictly observed at the time of election process.
